Annual General Meeting of Munich Re AG | since 1999
Each year more than 3500 shareholders come to Munich’s International Congress Center for the Annual General Meeting of Munich Re AG, the world’s second-largest reinsurer.
Since 1999 we have been in charge of the technical supervision of this AGM on behalf of the lead agency Stigler & Roos GmbH.
As part of the challenges posed by the Corona Pandemic, the adaptation of the AGM as a virtual event took place at the client's premises in 2020/2021 and 2022.
HP DISCOVER | 2022
After an interruption of several years, partly due to the pandemic, HP Enterprises and its partners presented their current hardware and software range in Frankfurt / Main in autumn 2022. An outlook on future developments and IT solutions was given in workshops.
As in the 5-year series of events from 2012 to 2016, we planned, drew and supervised the interior design on behalf of the overall planner, eventrix AG.
Werkstattkonzert S-Bahn Berlin | 2019
For customer loyalty and acquisition, the SBAHN Berlin GmbH organized a concert with the hip artist "Romano" in October 2019 at its facility in Berlin Schöneweide.
In cooperation with the kwertz GmbH planning office and for the agency Fischer Appelt Livemarketing, Mosaic Vision took over the detailed technical planning and management.
Salesforce - Keynote & Concert | Messe Hannover | 2016
On behalf of Jupiter Productions Ltd we took care of the construction permit process for an information event organised by the company Salesforce as part of the CeBIT (approx. 5000 participants), also accompanying the project on site during implementation.
The challenge here was to combine an information event with an evening concert given by “Die Fantastischen Vier” in the new Hall 19/20 at Messe Hannover.
HP DISCOVER | 2012 - 2016
The company HP Enterprises and its partners present their products to more than 8000 visitors at European exhibition centres, in Frankfurt (Main), Barcelona and London also organising workshops which offer an insight into the developments and IT solutions of the future.
On behalf of the technical general planners Eventrix AG we have been planning, designing and supervising the room setups for this series of events since 2012.
